The Grindavik has been carefully thought out. Built using 210T ripstop polyester for the internal tent and a thicker 210D for the tub floor, this combination of materials perfectly blends durability and weight to create a ultralight, high quality tent. Dual anti-snag zippers are found on all doors, and a high quality, ultrafine mesh is used throughout to allow for ample airflow while keeping insects outside.

The internal tent is covered by a full length rainfly coated with 3000mm of waterproofing. The fly has double doors, like the tent, with built in closable vents for maximum condensation control. Clips at the bottom attach the fly directly to the tent for an ultra secure connection. Each door provides a vestibule for boots or bags where items can be covered without taking up space inside.

Aluminum poles comprise the frame, and a quick clip system keeps everything together with an extremely fast set up. The tent is anchored to the ground using 12 aluminum pegs (included) and 4 guy wires (included).
Built with ultralight campers and travelers in mind, the Grindavik is made to be as compact and portable as possible, while still providing ample space during use. The Grindavik will appeal most to backpackers and car campers who want substantial weather protection.

When the time comes to pack, a strap for the tent keeps things tight and in place, while a waterproof compression bag seals the deal in keeping this tent as compact as possible.
